    Oh, I see. I guess you mean the sides? I guess this would necessitate having a javelin on every team to break cram. I happen to hate javelins in basing because of what they do in the flagroom- generally turn into laggy shits that ruin the experience by powering their way through a wall of bullets and killing the terrier, actually- but this would be a good way to limit cramming, which I think is the most important issue this season. (The Spastic squadron would probably agree.)

    The thing about Ewan's (was it Ewan's?) design is that it makes base defense difficult to impossible. Shark mines become even less important (and they've lost a lot of importance with the cram) and mid-base dogfights become less likely because of the extremely easy-access base.

    I think we should test both of them. Neither is perfect, but they're both steps in the right direction.

    I don't think Randedl's suggestion is a good idea.

    • I remember trying that map a while ago. From what I remember, it was pretty chaotic and the flagroom was too wide open. By the looks of it, it would be pretty trivial to defend your cramming team from any of the new jav shots, and it would make it easier for a defending jav to kill. ^-^

      • I'm with stab, that map is way too wide open. If you want to make it a little easier for the attacking team, that's fine, but even a crappy team will be able to just walk in with this map, and every team will need a jav. multi javs might even become a decent strategy with this one.
