The question is, why would you cut someone from a squad because of a league? Why does that sound ass-fucking-backwards?

30 is seriously reasonable ... in terms of javs and wb ... that's a potential 6 full teams ... and in terms of basing, it's 3 full 8 teams + 6 extra. And agreed, the minimum should be 5 for a wb/jav league and 8 for basing league (those teams better not forfeit tho).

10 for wb, 10 for jav, 15 for base. that ensures that people will show up.

some squads aren't lucky enough to have or be able to recruit people who can start in 2 or all 3 leagues.

also, if your squad is only in 1 or 2 leagues, of course limiting rosters to 25 works for you, but you can't even qualify for all 3 leagues.

But no one's trying to "suck up all the talent in TW." Yes, it might be a good idea if someone's roster is sitting around 100, but so far, no competing squad has tried to recruit 100 members of "great player" status. Shit, I doubt the top 100 players could even co-exist on one squad.

The point I'm making is this--a roster limit is pointless right now. Yes, a "minimum roster" is a good idea, because it prevents forfeits, but a "maximum roster" limit? Doesn't make sense.

Without a maximum cap (whatever it may be), I really think that some squads could hold a monopoly of the best players, though why those players would want to be on that squad is beyond me.

I don't get why we should cut people from our roster just because league limits demand that it be no more than thirty. Sure, a roster cap sounds good, to keep squads from recruiting countlessly (see Saiyan Revolution), but it seems rather silly to make a squad axe up to five members just because they don't fit into a roster constraint.

Kanji mite have 100 members..but do u honestly think that they can pick 5 of them each and every week and do u honestly think any 5 of them could make it into TWL for kanji?...the size of the roster doesnt mean that the squad is gonna be beter..like someone said the top 100 players couldnt exist in the same squad it'd be termoil for the leaders

no squad should be more than 30ish, the reason is people won't get to play. And why be on a squad of 100 if you aren't gonna get to play. It would be boring. The limit should be 35-40 but i doubt anyone would need or want that many people.

Seriously, who gives a flying shit if a squad has more than 30+? If people don't get to play, and they're worried about it, they'll leave on their own accord. I just don't see why we have to have a league mandate.

I see that Saiyan Revolution has remedied their roster problems by having a long list of Player Q, Player T etc. nicks which prolly everyone in the squad knows the pw to and which are all rostered
