point is, i wouldnt mind a league like last season if it meant it would start soon.

i dont think its worth another 4 month wait whatever additions u might be making.

Yeah our whole point is we (except for cig smoke maybe) don't really care if we have improved bots or not.

Oh and I'll program some bots for you guys if you want me to.

Isn't it possible to start the next TWL without the upcoming bot improvements? And when the bots would be finished, they could be upgraded, making us having a week or two as a pause...Or something. Or play the whole TWL now, and leave the bots for the next TWL? Cause having a 1 year break is "stupid". TWD was created to be a competitive league while TWL was off season. But now, look at it...people mostly fool around, and play TWxD just to have something to do. TWL is what really counts, isn't it? Or, arrange a tourny or something like TWL-B cup, in all 3 leagues meanwhile we are waiting for TWL, because absolutely nothing has happened now for what is it..2-3-4 months? Heck I don't even remember when the Finals were.

Damnit.

I think finals were 5 months ago, but yeah. And hell squads that weren't in finals had their season end more like 6 months ago.

TWD will be reset again when the new bots and all the changes that are going to be made to the web site are done. No date has been set for this yet, as they are still working on all of those things. TWL should start up again about a month or so after this next coming TWD reset. When more information is available, we will make news posts about it to keep everyone updated.

I want TWL to come just as quick as u do, i hate summer leagues and i posted b4 last season that summer leagues suck, but i'd rather do summer leagues w/ better teams and the rite teams in the league then playing vs squads like PUMA and Poison who get ppl to double squad w/ a name they have on roster to win games for that squad. Its 1. annoying and 2. not fair, yet some of those squads are in the area of squads who will be chosen for TWL, u dont want them squads to make TWL, not have there elite able to play for them, they suck and dissolve midseason. I do want the league asap, but i'd rather wait atleast till the double squading thing is fixed.

Regardless, there are still more teams then them 5 in the league and even tho ur probably rite, the ops stil have to look @ the best for everybody, and it isnt in the best interest to have a squad in TWL who will die after a few games bc there star player/s (the double squader) cant play for them in TWL. Ur missing the whole point of how bad it can be for the whole TWL if those squads get into TWL, yes if we started TWL tomroow i'd be fine w/ it and happy abotu it, but when i start to see squads dropping out of TWL like flies, and constant replacement squads coming in, and not knowing if ur even gonna duel the squad scheduled for u the next weekend, its all stupid in teh end, and in my opinion i think its worth the wait.

sry, the whole concept of bitching about a bunch of 100% volunteer league staffers being incompetent in a 100% free computer game league because they have delayed league 1-2 months so that they can make sure they get it right just seems dumb. considering the limitations they have and the fact that they probably have lives, i really dont give a shit since i know leagues will happen every year and when they do happen they are pretty well run...thats good enough for me.

I know of at least 2 squads that play 4v4 games, and when one of their good people get 10 deaths, they log out and come back with a different rostered name and sub in for someone and keep playing.
