!backfill command - add yourself as first to be benched

Experimental new command in, for those who are willing to play, but want other, lower-skilled players to be able to play instead of them if someone must be benched. This situation has come up a few times, so I thought it would be worth putting in.

!backfill

Works exactly like !p, but you'll be the first to be benched if there are extras. Pretty simple. Let me know if there are any issues.
