Rating changes:

Lupin 7* to 8* (base)
Rozay 7* to 8* (base)
Destruct 8* to 7* (jav)
Paradise 9* to 8* (jav), 7* to 8* (base)

Rab 9 in base, pretty valuable since he can terr shark and spid. I have a rating of 9 by pulling 70-44 recs as a under spid...you are placing me in the same category of really good spids but rab an 8? Lol.

I think I'm a 9 too, but I often struggle to get fielded as an 8 star spider. So making me a 9 is probably just making me bench. Maybe you have the same problem.

I would guess you are a 9 because you are probably one of the strongest underspiders. Same with kado..

I agree on rozay, guy is my level in shark, can spid better. Sprackle, I havent seen playing really. Kira is cheap as 6.

I wouldnt change banks, he would be unplayable.

My thoughts on the stats:
Is Ricko really worth 9 stars in wb? I remember the guy going 5-10 most of the time last seasons (prob caused by lag and inactivity). I think there are better options than him in the 8 slot already.

Why are Ogron and Nowon 7s? While similair players like Mikkiz, Tripin, Raples, destruct and myself are 8s? I have seen these two pull better numbers last seasons than most of us.
You made especially destruct kinda unplayable in my eyes. Doubt that anyone would start him as 8 star (no offense dude)

Lupin as 7 in base is a big big joke. Guy is worth 8 for sure. I would personally make tj hazuki and rozay 8s as well.
