Gamescore (kills + plus-minus), adjusted to 10 GP.

If you played less than 9 games, you only get part of your rating: 10 GP (100%), 9 GP (100%), 8 GP (98%), 7 GP (94%), 6 GP (87%), 5 GP (75%). I lessened the penalties a bit given how many seasons were only 7 GP.

these stats need to control for level of rushing/aggressiveness. this scale rewards lobbers and those who just vulch and/or Passive Players (Racka, Megaman89, Lockdown, etc..). You need to adjust rating via weights for bomb proximity (R1's given 2/3 weight; rest distributed among R2,R3s,R4s.). Racka cannot be allowed to get away with this.
