of course i forget how much of a pub game TWDTB is and rate people as if it was basing cup or something.
that being said, some of the glaring ratings in the thread i take issue with and my correction:

Ag$: 9
BLT: 8.5
Violence: 8
liz: 7.5, possibly 8, not 8.5
qaws: 7.5
riverside: 8
celly: 7.5
Poseidon: 11

Again, you should find three people from each league and have them go in an arena for an hour or two and work it out between themselves. for base i would nominate: Stayon, Nowon, Jamal. If you dont do this ur ratings are going to suck again. And again, if you took my ratings i posted 2 TWDT ago and added up the lines for any given game, my ratings were far more correct a predictor of who wins than the ones we used. but whatever

at the end of the day the captain who is best able to manipulate the shitty or non-shitty ratings will have the best team, so it is what it is.

I agree with a big portion of what has been said already, here is my 2 cents worth.

Autopilot 8.5, maybe even 9. He did really well for first season competing in TW, and I have a feeling he can do better with experience.
Dutch baser, 8 no idea how he snuck in last DT at such a low rating.
Kings, 7.5 maybe 8.
heaven, 9 Been playing well these days.
celly, 7 he is unrusting.
diakka, as a spider 9.5
terminator, 7.5
mvp, as a spider 8, as a shark 7.5
blt, 8, he might be higher but, I don't feel like we need to rush it.
creature, 8.5
apt, 8
aggi, 8

henry and lionheart, down to 8. Everytime I play with either of these two I want to punch my screen they camp so much.
renzi down to 9.5, good spider, not quite on par with the other 10* though, close.

zapata and vys are fine where they are.

My base rating? Honestly I don't care. I am probably somewhere between 8/8.5/9 depending on the ship and activity in said ship.

The rest that were mentioned I either have no opinion on, or didn't get to see them play much.

couple people not talked about are Aggi, BLT and mvp I think they could be bumped from 7.5 to 8

I agree with a lot of those ratings. Just a couple I want to comment on:
agreed on autopilot, I could even see him jump up to a 9. Consistently considered overachieving for his current rating, I dont know if .5 is enough, but a full 1.0 jump could be too much
kings -> 8. I watched a lot of his playoff games, and I think 7.5 still underrates him. Without many other low * terrs in the market, kings is a high value pick
bacon -> 9. The more I twd with him, the more confident I am.
I'd err on the low side for sprackle. Theres been a creep up lately for shark ratings, and I already tend to be very critical of my fellow sharkies.
A lot of the move downs are probably excusable, since these are people who dont usually get to play at their current ratings. 12 teams might fix that though.
Renzi -> 9.5 for sure. Fits in well with that group he mentioned.
Zapata, no change. I sharked with the dude most of the season, and while there is a lot of room for improvement, he just hasnt had the opportunity to shine yet. I dont want to bump someone down just for them to jump back up after an extra successful season.
