Basing rating changes

Would agree with my rating, even at 9. I’ve never done anything special or have amazing stats/titles/twl history to justify being 10. I would say a few of the 9.5’s are much better than me in most games (Solace, kess, Mouse)

Here's a thread to discuss basing changes based on last season. I feel like there was a decent bit of rating inflation with the 0.5 system so a lot of my suggestions are based on that rather than saying that someone is bad (just so that people don't get mad at me saying they should be 0.5 lower).

I don't think there should be any huge changes season to season unless completely broken and need to account for prior success as well.

I won't pretend to know anything about wb/jav. I don't think you have to be a 10 star to be able to evaluate talent.

Autopilot 8 -> 8.5 (hesitate to go up further after just one season)
Dutch baser 7.5 -> 8
Groan 6 -> 7
Celly 6.5 -> 7
Kings 7 -> 7.5
Bacon 8.5 -> 9

Borderline up:

Public assassin 8 -> 7.5 (consistent player that seems to be on par with the other 7.5's)

Tripin 8 -> 7.5 (good if he wants to be but would still take multiple 7.5 over him)

Raples 8 -> 7.5 (same as tripin)

Borderline down:
Vehicle 8 -> 7.5
Renzi 10 -> 9.5 (clearly an amazing spider like any 9.5 or 10; would maybe better fit with the 9.5 group with solace/hk/kess/mouse)
