and i agree with you that draft is underrated, i view it as an essential component of showing you can carry, but that's (unfortunately) a minority opinion in this zone.

you need both TWL and TWDT, though. there are pub stompers who flop and can't handle 10* vs 10* play at the highest level.

I think after this TWL maybe we should make a star cap TWL??? Where we make our own squads but can't just stack 10*s... we have 4 competitive TWL squads vs 8 DT squads sry to Divine cuz getting stomped with an understarred line is crap. This DT is a lot better, but I talked to Hulk yesterday and agreed with him it is hard to ask people to show up for one 30 min game or wait for TWL in between. A lot of good players just get hosed during TWL and TWL in itself is so fucking toxic just to make a team. I watch so much ass kissing and nut riding around TWL time it is more like game of spaceships then playin the actual games. Also how many terrs are in TWL at one time? Being the best at that ship is like being better then 3 other ppl this season haha.

I won TWLB in my 3rd season and TWLD in my 3rd seasons... you keep making up nonsense lol... i've played 9 TWLBs and made the finals 7,
and 6 TWLDs and made the finals 3.

next highly competitive league should be a draft league with a salary cap utilized in the drafting process to balance teams out. this is what chaos zone did with their league this year and it could definitely work, with some tweaks, in trench wars as well. it would have to be on a per league basis so you can be drafted to three different teams.
