No offence intended here, just an observation:

The ability to effectively add yourself to at least 2 different divisions would certainly help. (Almost) all of the other captains selected can play themselves in all 3 divisions, which means their first pick is a huge advantage over yours. I also make the big assumption that you have no clue who to add for base which is half of your roster.

Suggestion, go learn to play spider in mmrb, and while you are there start offering to cap it so you learn the division from a captains perspective.
