She cant say what she wants its still public access however there will be slightly less restriction then those who are on air at about end of school time, however those who are on air at late evening have even less restriction. So i dont see why the same could appy to radio?

You can say that all you want, but your "system" is impossible. there's so many ways that you can say so many different things, it just can't happen, and then you're saying that there should be less restriction at noon than there is at 4pm? where do you draw the lines? it just can't happen. The old way was fine, you can't say the 7 bad words, done.. now they're looking at the tone in which things were said? that's just fucked and it gives them room to fine people that htey don't like.

But you cant have 100% freedom of speech you need some restriction! The fact is the FCC can easily make guidlines and a framework which all Djs can adhere to. And you say where can i draw the line between 12 and 4 well little kids are at school at 12pm but at 4 they are at home or driving home and readily listen to the radio at that time!

I think its just a dam shame that people are actually supporting little kids listening to adult matters!

Ok, give me some details on how the guidelines would work if you were in charge. If there were guidelines, which there aren't. I'm not against guidelines, and if there were some, there wouldn't be a problem, I just don't think it's possible. and even talking about the guidelines is avoiding the point because there AREN'T ANY!! Don't you get that? there fucking aren't any!! maybe if I say it again you'll understand... they're making a law where they can fine whoever they want to fine insane amounts of money and basically silence them. Let's say I haev a radio show, and 5 years from now I say something against the government, they can go back through my old shows and look for cases where I said something that they think might be offensive, and they can fine me up to 3 million dollars according to the plan the the house passed. the senate uses lower numbers, and they're set to vote sometime soon.

This is way too much government control of the media.
