There were back in the days a college where all the tokers lit up at 4:20 for some reason.. It got bigger and bigger untill it become some sort of an international smoking time. Everything that is like that means smoking cannabins. NOT NARCOTICS. (I see cannabis as a drug, like alcohol is a drug). 4,20$ freq 420 20'th april (4-20-2004) etc. all contains a symbol for cannabis

The Origin Revealed

According to Steven Hager, editor of High Times, the term 420 originated at San Rafael High School, in 1971, among a group of about a dozen pot-smoking wiseacres who called themselves the Waldos, who are now pushing 50. The term was shorthand for the time of day the group would meet, at the campus statue of Louis Pasteur, to smoke pot. Intent on developing their own discreet language, they made 420 code for a time to get high, and its use spread among members of an entire generation. While our teens feel that they know something we don't, you can let them in on the fact that it was your generation that came up with the numbers.

Their are very many people who all say they know what 420 means, yet they all have different stories. So I say this: It means whatever the fuck you want it to mean. To me, 420 is just a day that I smoke alot more then I normally do. Like this last 420, me and like 3 of my homies all bought sperate 8ths and went to san francisco. So we all just had our own weed to smoke, was great.
