1. Scrubs :: plainly put, best show ever
2. That 70s Show :: just great, there are no bad or unfunny characters (even Scrubs has the guy whose in charge of the hospital who is completely stupid ... not in a good way). 70s show is possibly the only show i've ever seen with no "god i hate him" type character
3. Family Guy :: i haven't seen this show as much as i would like to, but from what i've seen this is like a newer version of what the simpsons was when the simpsons were good.
4. The Simpsons :: classic, has to be top 5 for everyone whose ever seen it... but has been going downhill ever since conan o'brian stopped writing for them.
5. Seinfeld :: an endless cast of great characters and it impressed me how they could find characters as funny as the soup nazi and many others who were just that great and only have them on for 1 episode, then find someone else just as funny for the next episode time after time.

Also, Unscrewed on TechTV is pretty good. Technically not a comedy, but it's still pretty hilarious sometimes.

Right now, Scrubs is the best, followed by Familiy Guy which to me is an edgier version of Simpsons.

Fawlty Towers ruled, every episode was hilarious. Spin city was best show in its prime with old cast, so many great ppl there, they just owned that place with Stuart being my personal favorite
