Saddam will get nukes probably. Because Russia has the technology to build/fire nukes, and since Russia isnt the wealthiest of countries they'd probably give anything up for money. So if Saddam can please the Russians with how ever much money hes got, he would probably if not definately get nukes.

Russia is in close ties with the US and would not, under any circumstance, sell nuclear weapons to a terrorist because not only does that make them look bad, it would violate many international treaties. Russia is part of the United Nations and acts accordingly.

Saddam doesn't even have that much money anymore. All the local Princes and Chieftains that used to contribute to Anti-American causes have become much more wary with donations now because they are constantly watched. Not to mention that most of Saddam's money is in foreign banks, which means the countries can simply freeze his accounts.

My point is, and it's proven time after time, that you should not start such a topic on such an message board. Don't expect to see candle or tears in a gaming forum. Forbidding nations from owning nukes, who are known to gas their own citizens, is probably a smart idea. a van with a nuke can level an entire city. if i remember right, a circle with a radius of 3 miles is severely destroyed. personally i prefer governemnts that can handle responisbilty to handle such weapons.

No problem to rehash this: I did not say it wasn't justified. I was trying to make an example, i agree a bad one. It doesn't come over the way i meant it. Let's ignore that line.

It's a very hard desisino but yes, in my opinion, forbidding nations from owning nukes, who are known to gas their own citizens, is probably a smart idea. Eventhough we are opening the gates to hell with it.
