this is always the worst part, cuz i am racked with doubt and second-guessing myself

im trying to think about past games and i want to say that whenever i am most filled with doubts about my vote, thats usually when the flip reveals scum - but thats the point isnt it, scum is gonna try to manipulate the weak-willed into changing their votes, and their scum buddies are gonna of course fall in line and vote with town but they will do so in a way that is filled with alot of indecision and fingerpointing ("if kthx flips town next lynch is jerome" - works to make me doubt my own vote plus it also lays the groundwork for misleading town the next day)

but at the same time a common flaw with our stupid meat brains is we tend to see what we want to see, so i might just be glassing over the times i felt exactly this nervous and the flip revealed a townie
