Could be an x-shot mafia poisoner. Poison kills can't be stopped by a bodyguard.

I understand that I am reaching here, but given Willby's prevalence for roles that are even/odd night and x-shot, this seems very likely to me. Also, the only other game I've seen poison involved in the last couple years was a Willby game, and it really fucked me up that game trying to figure out what the hell happened. 100% conjecture, but this is the most plausible theory to me.Originally posted by Voth View Post

He never said it like that. He did give me beef for 'stealing his job' on one of the very early posts.Originally posted by the_paul View PostOne very important note, so as Kassius's flavor profession a bartender? I made a theme flavored comment asking if anyone wanted their wine topped off.
He said something like "how could you steal my bartender job? I've been looking forward to it on the Leviathan all my life"
So that's how I knew he was Bartender. But I don't recall his giving a name.

Unless the ninja was sent night 1 with a poison modifier, since that reads how Exalt died. It would also explain why ixt wasn't killed in the attempt. I don't know the mechanics of how it played out, and I don't claim to understand it. I've told you guys why I was there night 2, that's the only part I understand. Also, the kill last night phase was done with bullets, which is definitely different than how Exalt was killed. I'll have to go back and look at the Jessup kill and see what happened there.Originally posted by Halp View PostEven if there is a ninja who killed exalt, it would have to be a ninja strongman to have avoided detection AND bypassed the bodyguard, which seems way overpowered, but I can’t see any other explanation.

I have no regrets on lynching ixt, he was the obvious choice. It was either Paul or IXT and ixt seemed scummier.

And if you look back through who orchestrated the ixt wagon I come to Halp, who multiple times steered the boat towards ixt and is now coming out to come for Paul first thing.

So Paul is not 100% guilty here.
It does boggle my mind that anyone would sacrifice their roleblocker Day 1 when he's an active player and you have an MIA teammate who may or may not end up modkilled. I just can't wrap my head around it.

I read way back through the watcher stuff again and yeah, it appears Paul really is a mafia Strongman. Two people visited him, including the Bodyguard, and he died anyway. Weird since Paul did lynch out Backwards and that's quite a sacrifice. There is no role I know of that can kill someone at night without being detected by a Watcher - anyone know of one?Originally posted by Halp View PostWhy isn’t Paul the obvious lynch here?
But if we do Paul today, Kthx should be next unless more evidence on someone else comes out.
