Fifa 2004 for Ps2 or Other?

Hey guys

I need allitle help, see I am trying to decide whether to buy Fifa 2004 for my ps2 or wait for another soccer game to come out like Club Football 2005. From what I hear Fifa 2004 is extremly fast paced and unrealistic plus they don't have all the Uefa Champions League teams that made it last year (added Newcastle instead of Fk Partizan). I also read that you can't create your own team and music sucks. If anyone has played the game or has it plz tell me about it.

Fifa 2004 - Good graphics, gameplay gets a bit predictable and boring after a while.

I have it on my X-Box and the graphics are really good. Same for music.
Gameplay doesnt bore me really. Only thing is that the teams are incomplete and the lack of creating your own team.

Dunno how it is on Ps2, but I dont regret bying the game on X-Box.

Talk about the gameplay mode, how realistic is it? I hate those soccer games where you put on hardest skill level and the games end up still being 10-5, thats absolute madness.

I have FIFA 2004 on the Xbox, it's a decent game although I don't play it much (Due to me playing either this or NHL 2004)

If you have a PS2, consider going for Pro Evolution Soccer 3, personally I prefer Fifa, but the majority of people prefer the Pro Evo series. The only major problem is that some of the players and teams have fake names (They are the correct players, look like them and everything, but have a slightly different name (Like Saviola is something like Saliovo, Arsenal is London)) but you can edit the names.

Winning Eleven 7 for Ps2 was awesome, and WE8 is coming out this AUgust ( I think). I can't wait to get that. Get the International version of course.

Try looking at Pacific Mall in Markham. The Winning Eleven series has always been more popular in Asia than in North America so I'm pretty sure you can find a copy there.

yeah, i really liek fifa 2004. it's the first fifa game i've played since fifa 1998 (i still dont get why you could lamp the nme players though) and i havent really played any other football games. i have lots of fun playign fifa 2004so i see no need to buy another one yet

playing on the hardest difficulty depends on what team you start out with. for example, if you started out with Man Utd the hardest difficulty would be easier than if you started out with Plymouth. this can be a bit annoying cos once you'ver built up your team in career mode and bought the best players, the game cang et a bit easy.

it has really good graphics and almost evety goal you score looks cool. the cpu team always has a really well organised team with super-stick passes and accuracy which you dont get at all :/ although it makes it more challenging.

the computer cans till be pretty predicatable at times and can be easy to intercept passes and tackle. it is fun if you play agaisnt a mate though (4-way fifa can be fun - 2v2)
