I'm watching "Initial D: 4th Stage" and "Samauri 7" ... both are current series that are running in Japan and fansubbed into English.

FMA is good. It can sound silly if I explained it to you but the story and characters are done really well. Especially the story.

I agree with neth's 'new list' (haven't seen his old list) becuase I'm his supplier but he missed Great Teacher Onizuka. My all-time favorite anime


And a word of advice. If you've only seen Pokemon and DBZ (particularly DBZ in english) you might not want to claim you've seen anime. That could earn you a good flaming/beating depending where you say it. But we're nice people so we'll let you go for that one

I was thinking, "oo heck, not dubbed :/ (about FMA)" But since you say like that I'lle just give it a try. So bilbo, what do you think is good anime?

Akuun : Well I've seen starzinger, and I find it to be a retty good anime, for being so old. The thing is that I don't have cartoon network, and never had a chance to download anime. So the thats why the only "anime" that I've seen the most is dbz and pokémon. And I agree that they can't really be called anime. But what can you do, no connection, and the finnish tv don't send that much anime. Ohh, I just remember I've seen Magic Knight Rayearth, a shame it was a girl anime.. ehum.. though, I wouldn't say it was that bad, it was watchable. Especially when you aren't able to choose. At least I know the different style to draw anime/manga. What is more boyish and what is more girlish.

Anyway, ty for not flaming me, for seeing "anime". But you should be sorry for me, since I've seen sailer moon, most likely to be the same as listening to Britney Spears. I just had to let that out..

Out of those four Azumanga is my favourite. Trigun was ok, not one of my favourites but it was worth watching. FMA is okish too, some of the characters are getting on my nerves tho. Neon genesis evangelion is one of those hate or love shows, and I, I hated it.

I know, I was desperatly searching for dubbed versions.. or not that desperatly, only on this special site. But I might not be that bad with some japanese and english subs. Though, I would like it dubbed to english, but I persume that there aren't any dubbed versions, if FMA is to come to cartoon network year 2004, and thats like now? :P Perhaps there are some version of FMA that is dubbed, if so I might dl it.

But as I told bilbo, I'lle give it a try (japanese and english subs).

And btw, don't mind my english, it sucks.

no, trust me, you want to leave those anime with the japanese voice act and english subs.. no way you will enjoy them if its englished voice acted...

It was licensed not long ago, don't expect them to make dubs overnight, even tho it wouldn't make much of a quality difference.

And la blue girl live action might possibly the worst movie I've ever seen. Garden hoses all the way.
