Also I remember cases of Staff getting in trouble for things they posted on this forum, if there is no connection between the two this shouldn't be possible either. Was Under Dog (Vehicle) on the forum the same person as Vehicle <ZH> inside Trench Wars?
Affirmative, ghost rider.

the game affects the forums, the forums do not affect the game. generally people come to the forums from playing the game, not forums to game.
example: player1 comes into continuum, spams some racist nonsense, comes to the forums to do the same. in the end, the player would get banned from both.
now, if the player does some shit on the forum, but legally plays the game itself, then you shouldn't be banned from the game, but then be banned from the forum. two separate parts.
since this is the trenchwars forum, that means it is part of the game.
of course, no rule has stated that if you did something illegal in the forum, you will get banned in the game too. But I would strongly recommand a rule like that to exist.
What rodge did is definitely not according to rules, but it's reasonable. Evading 10 bans? C'mon, we all know Telcat isnt a newbie and she should know the rules
So maybe we can actually set a rule by stating that if someone did something really extreme (eg, evading bans several times) on the forum, he/she will also get banned in the game for a certain amount of time.
banning people from in-game for shit on the forums is open to abuse because, for example, say TelCat gets banned on the forum once then starts evading her ban constantly. How do you know its her who's coming back on the forum and registering names like T3LC4T? It could easily be someone else pretending to be TelCat evading a ban, in order to get her banned in-game aswell.
