What sort of spin is the American media putting on that whole sorry incident, bearing in mind the Americans and Russians weren't always the best of friends?

On Friday they were just telling the facts and showing clips of recordings. I did not hear them saying anything about them tying it to anyone.

But you gotta think about the kids too. The first day of school and something like that happens. I mean, it would be terrible and dramatizing on any day it happend but thats going to be stuck in their minds forever and they are not going to want to go back at all.

The ones that actually made it out unharmed, you mean. On the way to the Skins/Falcons game yesterday, a friend and I heard on the radio that the body count was up to 200 dead, some 700 wounded. That was around 5,6pm EST.

EDIT: Just went to yahoo, more than 340 were killed, 155 of those were children. More than 542 were hospitalized (336 were children) after the whole incident was said and done. Link is here --v

christ. why does the russian gov't always try to save people by shooting at the buildings they're in? this isn't even the first time in the calendar year they've "fixed" a hostage situation by just KILLING EVERYBODY
