Bush didn't fuck over any of those programs. Those programs have been in decline and not fixed for over 10 years. You are acting like this happened overnight. This is a compounding problem. We have had a national debt here for over 20 years at least.

As long as labor is cheap and unions keep wages high, companies will move their production plants to where they can get cheap labor. Business is not driven by social lives, it's driven by profits.

Nono. The social security was saved and had a safe lock from the Clinton regime. And Bush used the stuff that was supposed to not be used at all save for social security. some trillions of dollars I believe. Clinton took the country out of a deficit and into a surplus.

no, he made a postive balance on the budget for the year, but he counted interest from the social security and medicare, which is supposed to be locked away. without this interest he barely broke even. Better than bush, but bush hasn't had the best of luck. A reccession due to the sept 9/11 attacks hurt the top end taxes that clinton was able to collect. When businesses do well, so does the budget. CLinton never made a dent in the decifit. The deficit goes back past the 80s. Do a little research and find out for yourself.
