You have to realize though the Supreme Court dooesn't pull decisions our of their asses, they are still biased like any other politician (but perhaps to a smaller extent). Just look at FDR's term, he had trouble getting ANYTHING passed.

You obviously have no idea what you are talking about. The Supreme Court may not seem as though they are affected by popular opinion, however you can clearly see that the justices let their party affliation control their decisions.

Randedl: You can't speculate (with a high degree of certainty) that Kerry won't be better than Bush. And yes, the percentage of people that vote is under or around 50%.
