Nope it cancels your own. If you do it by itself, it is just a unblockable move. And as you should know, it is 2D with just 3D graphics.

I played some alpha game for the gba, looks like they killed ryu/dan/ken's kicks, now all they do is some wimpy knees to the midsection.

An interesting idea but it would lead to a rediculous number of infinite or near infinite combos with multiple characters. That is basically the biggest problem with Marvel vs Capcom 2, WAY too many infinite combos.

Lol your avatar just reminded me when i was in wales a month bak, tht this guy started punching himself in his stomach as hard as he could tens times, then hit himslef in his face as hard as he could twice it was fucking hilarious...im sure he was mentally ill but we were cracked up.
