Wow, I didn't know Pedro came out with a new album. I'm sure it's good. Also, any list that does not contain Interpol - Antics is not complete.

Hmmm, two of my friends saw Sparta a week ago and said they were really good live. At the Drive-In is an amazing live act so I don't see how more than half of them could mess it up too bad.

yeah it was kickass. Are you like in charge of who plays at these things or were you just helping out? Any other good concerts coming up?

For that show, I was just helping out. But I'm part of fanclub, and I am going to start taking a more active role in who comes to play. I'm looking into Death From Above and Explosions in the Sky. Our big limiter is price, but if you have suggestions let me know, our spring schedule is wide open.

                As for upcoming stuff:

Friday is this huge political themed thing. Reverend Billy and the Lost Film Festival are not music acts, but Oneida, Up The Empire, and From Bubble Gum to Sky will be playing later. I don't know Up the Empire, but both FBGTS and Oneida are pretty good. Nothing as spectacular as Arcade Fire.

Dec 3rd we have: Ted Leo/Rx,Matt Pond PA,Vague Angels coming. Again, not as good as Arcade Fire.

I bought a bunch of cds the other day I still haven't listened to some (Elephant - WS yeah i know i'm behind, Uh white light by MG and another one i'm forgetting)

The Depeche Mode remix album dealy is ok, 3 cds is cool but some of the remix's are awful (and some are amazing) call it a 50/50 split?

The new jimym eat world album is what you'd expect, most of the songs sound pretty much the same, but thats cool.

I liked what i've heard of the Thornley one so far, very +

I got the Guns and Roses Greatest hits, it's preety cool but we've all heard them before.

I bought like 4 more, but i forget -- update it later.

Actually I do have a suggestion, Boxstep, my former highschool english teachers band from Pittsburgh. But seriously I htink they're quite good. Castromarx saw them a few years ago when they were opening for Godspeed you black emperor and he liked them too. Anyway he's mentioned wanting to play at Cornell a few times in the past, but it never came about. http://www.boxstepmusic.com
