holy shit how did i miss this thread
if you go to atlanta you have to go to Varsity's. its a nice big fast food joint, but can get pretty scary cause theres like 20 counters to get food and a stampede of people, but theres also like 5 different big sized rooms with TVs to go eat your food. its a landmark of restaurants in atlanta, really. also it has the biggest drive-in ever!

i'm pretty sure we don't have the largest mall. Mall of Georgia is pretty normal sized. if you wanna go to a mall in atlanta, go to Lenox Mall. mall of georgia is like 20-30 min from the city, but Lenox is in it and better, imo. more smelly people in Mall of GA.
zeus, today i stayed in physics for like 15 minutes after school cause there were these 3 hot chicks making up a test and i didnt feel like going home, so i talked to Mr. Luther about life and shit. and then as i was leaving, i saw George, Thomas, and Daniel Wang making their video (not related to the other asian video) and i was all "well well well, if it isnt george, thomas, and daniel wang" and thomas was all "ilya how do you know george and daniel?" and i go "george is my pimp and daniel is my ho" and then i was all "wait what the fuck did i just say" it was weird then i went home
also go to Underground Atlanta while you're here. its a very large underground area with tons of vendors and small eateries and little shops. basically an underground mall, except with small stores. sometimes overpriced, but its nice to walk around either way.
uhh we got the CNN HQ here too that you can tour. the tour is pretty boring and i dont suggest doing it, though. the only good part is you get an awesome little thing that says "CNN Press Pass" as a souveniere but its not a free tour, and not really worth it.. you do get to walk in a clear tunnel type thing above all the busy reporters and people working for CNN and make funny faces, though.
Weather Channel HQ is here too, but last year i went there and there was a security gaurd and i go "hi can i tour this place?" and he told me to get out and i was all "damnyo" and bought a weather channel hat and left
you could visit the Westin Peachtree Plaza hotel. its the big cylinder skyscraper. you go up to the top and theres a rotating diner with good live jazz music and a really nice view of the pretty bland atlanta skyline. 3 out of the 4 times i went there, it was either foggy or so bright you couldn't see shit, but i'm sure otherwise its great.
Centennial Olympic Park is a pretty nice place to walk around, lots of green space and big fountain and whatnot. and its free. Piedmont Park is good if you like to walk around too, i've never been there but i hear its nice.
