Hey all you zany folks out there, I have a few questions for ya:

- Do you want children when you're older?

- How many?

-Which sex would you prefer first, girl or boy?

Personally I want 2 kids, and I'm thinking I want a little girl first, then a little boy. Probably won't even muddle over having them until I'm in mid to late twenties though, most likely late twenties/early thirties.

Also, a few specific questions for some of the older posters-

- Paul: How many kids do you have? When did you have your first? Do you want any more?

-TK : Do you have any kids? Or do you consider the kids you teach to be all the kids you will ever need?

Dude, I'm only 25. How old do I sound?

I want kids some day. I know that I'll only have about half a say in it, I'd like two, maybe three kids. I'd prefer to have at least one son and one daughter. It doesn't matter to me which one comes first. My mom's side of the family would probably prefer a son first. The last four births on that side have all been daughters and though I'm only 25 and a little too single for my liking, I'm most likely the next one to have kids.

im 19 right now, and if i ever have kids i want a boy.. just 1. why a boy? cause i would like to have a close and open relationship with my kid and i could relate better to a boy.

i dunno how it all will end up. the last thing i want in life is to do what everyone else does, and work for 45 years and then spend my retirement as a crippled old vegetable. i want to spend my prime (and pretty much the rest of my life) exploring the world and the seas. part of me thinks it can happen and knows it will happen if i want it to, and part of me says i dont have the guts to break the ties with society to do that. also, marriage kind of scares me so i dunno if ill have kids.

If I ever have a kid I'll make that little fucker work hard for survival, give him/her oddest names possible, 1.5 meals/day, like 10yr old clothes, I would cut his/hers hair myself, would go everywhere with them dressed in jogging overalls and sneakers, each part having different brand, make them use only one phone (mine) while I stand there next to them and listen and time the conversation....what else....
