I'm not sure if it will be broadcast where you live but try to catch the finals of the World Junior Hockey Championships tomorrow. It's Canada versus Russia which is always a good game and this tournament is great because it showcases the future stars of hockey.

I don't think it will be broadcast here (at least not this week). Alll I have this week is NCAA College Basketball, Dutch Football and The Great Ethiopian Run. Oh well

In Dutch competition I should support my hometown team, but I don't.. NEC is just boring, and supporting them is way to depressing. And I don't watch football to get depressed.

I've been "supporting" Arsenal ever since Bergkamp joined. I once bought a poster of Henry, Wright and Bergkamp! And I have an Arsenal jersey and twice bought an Arsenal scarf (first one got stolen). Woo, such a good supporter.

Other than Arsenal I usually just support the team that tries to play attractive football. (Or just have a very cool player.) I currently like AZ, Tottenham (Jol is the man!), Barcelona, etc.

            International; Holland and Portugal (Deco!).

                Team : Manchester United
Position: 3rd in the Preimership (Englands top division)
Top players: **Roy Keane (injuries and age catching up though)
** Ruud van Nistelrooy (absolute goal machine, but Wenger thinks he is a cheat)
** Rio Ferdinand (so dumb he forgot to take a drugs test and was banned for 8 months)
**Ryan Giggs (on fire at the moment and been with the club for over ten years so wisely the board are refusing to give him a 2 year extension and say his years of loyal service are worth only 1)
** Wayne Rooney (can be great but could also get sent off alot)
** Paul Scholes (vital that he is getting goals from midfield and no surprise that Man utd recent great form have been due to him and Giggs starting to find the net again)

                ehm others too

Record singing: Rio Ferdinand £30 million Wayne Rooney up to 30 million depending on how good he does.

Think man utd's dominence is over and the board and team have made a few bad decisions.

Like letting transfer targets of Ronaldinhio and Robbin slip through our fingers -- how to answer this -- Panic and spend 30 million on Rooney YAY
Also signing Ferdinand for 30 million from Leeds when a short time later it turned out Leeds were in huge finanical trouble and needed rid of a host of players and sold them real cheap.

Sir Alex giving a writ to our biggest shareholders for the sum of 50 million becuase he reckoned since they gave him 1/2 the winnings of a horse that he should get 1/2 the stud rights too was a work of genius.
Then some American invests heavily and attempts a takeover which was turned down becuase of his finacaly backing was a bit suspect (think he was just getting a really big loan) then pissing him off so he wanted to do a hostile takeover.. fantasic!!

i have a shirt but no camera or web cam

Edit : btw £30 million is about €42.5 million and $57 million acording to some online converter and £50 is €71 and $95

Yes becuase the entire average attendance at old trafford of over 67000 all come from outside Manchester.

No i don't live in Manchester, but you were on safe ground there considering my location said Ireland. However what you said is plainly silly and shows your jealousy off Man Utds world wide appeal.
