First, possessing firearms is illegal in the state while I live ... it has been illegal for several years now.

Second, my neighbor is not exactly a bad guy. He isn't that attractive, so maybe he has a problem getting a girlfriend or something. But that is hardly my problem ... as far as he stays the hell away from me.

Third, this is actually the second time I caught some guy peeving into my place. The first time was like 4 years ago, and I was living in another place. It is not because I am attractive, and I usually wear baggy clothes in public places. Maybe it is a string of bad lucks and I happen to be always surrounded by perverts. Or maybe guys think young single girls living by themselves are easy targets.

I haven't seen my neighbour for a few days. But I will confront him when I see him again next time. He will probably deny it all, but I won't be stupid enough to explicitly say that it was definitely him who did it. I would just tell him that I found someone staring into my place the other night and if it happens again I will call the police. He won't be dumb enough to not take up the hint.
