That's an expensive diet, Paul. Unless she whores herself out for the crack. Sperm has protien and other goodies in it, so if she sells her body and gives bj's for the crack, she can knock out her protien quota for the day also. Best of both worlds, just become a whore.
My father in law was telling me over Thanksgiving about this amazing bartender at some bar he frequented who could shake a martini and fill it to the rim with no leftovers and he thought it was the coolest thing he'd ever seen. I then proceeded to his home bar and made four martinis in one shaker with unfamiliar glassware and a non standard shaker and did the same thing. From that moment forward I knew he had no compunction about my cock ever being in his daughter's mouth.

I heard this in the news today. Figiting burns about 300 calories per day, which amounts to 10 pounds a year. Keep it up.

The thing is, I have been exercising like crazy since I quit smoking (again) at the middle of November last year. Even before then, I was doing 60-140 mins of moderate to high cardio at least 4 days a week. Plus free weights and stuff.

Obviously it is my diet that is ruining everything. More specifically, bottomless pit syndrome. I don't even want to go shopping because I went from size 8 to like, size 10-12. <_<

Every other time this weight gain has happened due to smoking cessation, I ended up smoking again just to save myself from getting any fatter. Such a vicious cycle, it really is. I was fine at 150lbs all through December until Xmas when I lost it and suddenly ate everything in sight including any visible chocolate. Now I am feeling frumpy and it is time for a drastic diet change.

If this doesn't work then I will have to start smoking again.

Get a few very stressful jobs would help. I remember back in the 1st and 2nd year of Uni, I left all the studies to the last minute ... I was pretty much studying 12 hours a day 7 days a week for the last 2 weeks of every semester ... I didn't feel like eating and I couldn't sleep. I was constantly in panic (of failing). I lost about 5 kgs in 10 days time every single time.

Then from 3rd year and onwards, I knew I wouldn't fail anything even if I didn't study that hard, exams became very relaxing, my weight didn't drop, but my grades went down instead.

my brother in law had that gastro bypass shit, and he was freakin huge (6 ft 400 lbs), now he's down to 200. That's pretty damn thin for a 6ft'r.

You didn't lose enough weight, get back to work.

I think that you answered your own question. You can’t count on exercising alone, it has to be coupled with good nutrition and proper eating habits.
This is about behavior modification. Identify those times that you used to smoke, after a meal, after sex, first thing in morning, whenever (becoming conscious of your behavior and not letting it control you is important). Work hard during those key times when smoking was your behavior on doing something else. Let’s face it, smoking is a ‘reward’. You were rewarding yourself during those times. Find something other than food to reward yourself, give yourself something else to ‘look forward to’. Stop feeling that because you are exercising that you can go ahead and eat that extra chocolate.

Keep in mind that your metabolism slows with every passing year as your get older. It is FAR easier to modify your behavior now, when you are young, than when you are 30+. (Squeezer, being 150 lbs at your age and being able to eat like a horse isn’t a sign that you have a high metabolism, it is a sign that you are only 17.)

Getting into the ‘right’ habits and behavioral patterns now is critical. Set smaller, shorter and more realistic goals for yourself. Rather than saying to yourself you will be a size 8 again within 2 months, set objectives that are shorter and more easily attainable. Something like, by next week I will have lost another pound. (This keeps your morale up, lets you feel like you are succeeding, because you are reaching your goals.)

Leaving out candies, soda, cakes, muffins etc is a good start that's good enough for most.

Counting your calories is a must if you are a little more serious. Eat about 100-200 kcal less per day than you consume. If you eat less than that your weight will go down quickly, but once you stop the diet it will come back (as fat instead of muscles).

No carbohydrates after 6 pm helps too. As does wating a lot of fruits in the morning.

I find it hard to believe that anyone could do that much cardio and still gain weight, but even if you're being honest with yourself, the answer is simple. You don't need a drastic diet change, just don't eat the junk food and eat sensible meals. Think about how good you feel about yourself after you work out and don't ruin that feeling with a piece of cake.

Here's a diet. I call it the South Central Diet.

                              -Shoot yourself in the stomach.

It will hurt so bad you won't eat, and you'll probably end up shooting yourself in the face. So, we all win.

                                lol
But actually, when I talk to kids I tell them, "Do two things everyday that you hate, just for practice."

And Telcat says, "I remember back in the 1st and 2nd year of Uni, I left all the studies to the last minute ... That is stressful to you? I guess everything can be considered relative. I used to stress over school but now, looking back 25 years, it seems so easy. Stressful for me now is making decisions that impact the food on many people's dinner table if I get it wrong. (In other words, people lose their jobs.)

Of course, consider this from a 1860 Pony Express Advertisement...
"Wanted: Young, skinny, wirey fellows not over 18. Must be expert riders willing to risk death daily. Orphans preferred. Wages $25 per week."
