Look, he posted it in the TWL forum originally and it originally had some huge pictures (I'm talking like 3000x1500) that for one thing fucked the board tables up and for another thing were totally useless. Also all people were doing was replying to it with retarded pictures.

Two words, Stab: lighten up. The board tables are not more important than keeping us entertained and happy. Sure, it might have been useless as far as TWL goes, but were you really entertained by the original thread that spawned it? To me the first page or two was mildly amusing, and then it turned into a trash talk/useless crap hybrid. But hey, I don't have SMOD POWERS, so I don't know what I'm talking about, right?

No threads should be closed unless they turn into a massive flame fest, theres an unusual amount of racism or something to that degree in it or if it's spam, which is just like 2 words per reply. that thread did have value.

Look, Zeus made a rule about no image/bandwidth leeching when we reformed the rules. I usually don't give a shit if it's 1 or 2 pictures (truthfully it would be way too much work for smods to deal with), but all that thread was, was a bunch of idiots spamming the TWL forum with random pictures from all different sites. You should be happy we don't warn people for hotlinking to some offsite image because according to the rules, we really are supposed to. I just think it makes more sense if I only delete pictures that are really huge.

If you're going to post stupid shit, at least put it in Useless Crap. If it's really really fucking useless in the wrong forum I'll just close it. If it encourages people to be an idiot I'll probably close it too. When we changed the forum rules, the main intent was to make the forums more serious and have less idiots encouraging others to be stupid. Unfortunately, a lot of the things we planned didn't ever really come to fruitation, but we'll still try to at least make the quality of the boards a bit higher than it usually is.
