    in case anyone's interested in those home gym tv specials, i recently bought a cableflex (the one from the infomercial with jackie chan). i wanted a bowflex because those things are the shit, but i can't afford to shell out $2000. so i settled for the way cheaper cableflex. so far, i'm really impressed with it. i've been using it for almost a week now, and i'm still hurting like a little bitch.

    there's still hope for informercials after all.

        You SHOULD hurt everyttime you work out. THe pain is the muscle tore down and rebuilding itself bigger.

        you should wait until the pain goes away before you work out again because you aren't giving th muscle time to reheal...

        heh 2 classes that i did well in in college were Phys. Ed. and English.

          I've been lifting weights for 6 years. But thanks for the information ill try to keep that in mind next time im at the gym. No. Really. I really didn't knew that. really. Thanks. I will print out this tread and keep it with me and i will also show it to my friends when they work out and maybe some strangers because it is such good advice.

              Why are you so angry? I just wanted to give you praise on your wonderful insights. God phys. ed. is SO hard in college how did you EVER manage to realize such profound aspects of the human body. Whats even better is your usage of earth-shattering linguistics to describe the matter.
