in case anyone's interested in those home gym tv specials, i recently bought a cableflex (the one from the infomercial with jackie chan). i wanted a bowflex because those things are the shit, but i can't afford to shell out $2000. so i settled for the way cheaper cableflex. so far, i'm really impressed with it. i've been using it for almost a week now, and i'm still hurting like a little bitch.

there's still hope for informercials after all.

I will print out this tread and keep it with me and i will also show it to my friends when they work out and maybe some strangers because it is such good advice.
