It is not a search engine, this is merely a cgi script that parses the search phrase into the URLs of a frame so that yahoo's and google's results appears. That he is asking for donations seems odd as he is not preforming any service.

I prefer using Copernic for searches. Similar to dogpile, but better search results from a larger number of search engines.
