What... I was going to plug R.A. Salvatore. Way to ruin my day Liquid Blue.

I am rereading The Cleric Quintet series (by Salvatore) this summer followed by whatever sci fi/fantasy books looks appealing to me as I walk around Barnes and Noble in the coming weeks.

Dude, are you a poli sci major or something?

Federalist Papers? Actually...that sounds like a good read.

This semester in my history class we were assigned a book that was a compliation of historical documents from various significant periods in american history from colonization through reconstruction. I thought it was some facinating shit. That sounds like a really good read.

This book is just a good start. but not many good conceipts expaint.

I personally would sugest you to read this one also after the manifesto => http://www.marxists.org/archive/leni...1917/staterev/ (Lenin - the state and the revolution)

i've read that on my pol. sci. classes, and seems it explains lots of stuff of marxism and make it way clearer.

Next on the list is The Davinci Code, re-read The Art of War, and finish a book on the history of Sacramento: Indominable City. Hopefully, I'll get through those in about 4-6 weeks.

I'd love some suggestions on reading material if you guys have some. I would like to read something philosophical, and as economical as possible, since I would like to finish it within a week or two.
Seriously, paulo coelho sucks. he's a good example that explains why you shouldnt read every best seller. when i think of paulo coelho makes me sad to be a brazillian. why dont we have something good like saramago here ?

Sorry, a friend suggested Drizzt to me and I decided to check it out last month. I'm glad I did :P

How is that Cleric series so far? I've seen a few of the books but have been too busy with Icewind Dale to check them out.
My father in law was telling me over Thanksgiving about this amazing bartender at some bar he frequented who could shake a martini and fill it to the rim with no leftovers and he thought it was the coolest thing he'd ever seen. I then proceeded to his home bar and made four martinis in one shaker with unfamiliar glassware and a non standard shaker and did the same thing. From that moment forward I knew he had no compunction about my cock ever being in his daughter's mouth.

It's one of Salvatore's best works. It's highly worth a read if you dig his writings. Salvatore made a cleric cool.... that's hard to do.

I went to the library the other day and decided to check out a few books about the scary underbelly of religion like Dante's Inferno/Divine Comedy, Paradise Lost, etc..

I recently finised War of the Worlds and I am now reading the Invisible Man (Both HG Wells).

War of the Worlds was very good, and it was made better by the fact it is set really close to where I live.

The Invisible Man is good so far.
