I think tones point is you can't trust the 'telegraph' (If that is its real name) because, it is unlikely to tell the truth. Its justifiable to no-one, and its not like Bin Laden is a good chum of theirs.

the telegraph is a UK paper, but even if bin laden admitted to it, that doesnt go against all the evidence i have seen and all the strange holes in the story

As for the buildings collapsing, its really quite ambiguous. We don't know for sure if the planes hit dead on, it is hard to predict the motion of the plane/jet fuel once it did hit, and as for the collapse due to just weight and fires, perhaps a really fat guy had business at the top of the trade centre. But people say there were bombs, who's to say there wasn't? Its all just rubble now. Hard to tell. Its certainly possible for a building to collapse under similar circumstances, if the circumstances are right. But far easier to place bombs, of course.

I've heard on local radios that there was evidence that an attack would happen. It seems that the attack went through deliberatly though. Doesn't neccesarily mean that the Bush admin performed the attack, just that they profitted from it. Someone once said that terrorists benefit more from the current Bush administration than the ones before it, simply due to the anti-america hatred he has provoked.

Or they saw demolitions in TV so they expect that whenewer bulding collapses straight down than it has to be thanks to planted explosives.

I somewhat disagree with you saying that his methods aren't working in persuasion. Especially when he is offering up a LOT of information backing his case (nomatter how unfounded it might be) while most people arguing with him aren't offering up anything reliable, only... the opinions of a teenage kid on the internet.

That's the point, though... sheer VOLUME of "information" isn't enough. It's like the old addage--repeat something enough and it becomes fact. Well I, for one, refuse to let half-baked crackpot ideas become fact because some douche on the interweb thinks that just because someone has a dial-up account and a pirated copy of FrontPage that they're some sort of investigative journalist. Chances are pretty dern-near 100% that they're not. In fact, the chances are even better that they'd do themselves a great service by taking their own advice in thinking that the government is out to get them, pack up their shit, and move to an underground cave in Namibia where there is no internet access. They can all become dirty luddites together, and sing folk songs, and braid each other's hair, and just generally be away from the rest of us who rely on a little more than someone's ability to tap out a coherent sentence (totally discounting spelling and grammar--usually those are fucking horrendous too).

The other thing that's retarded, beyond the whole "volume" argument, is that T0n3 refuses to actually debate. As people have stated before, when he's actually challenged on a point, he just shrugs it off and copy/pastes another stupid "fact" from theyre-all-out-to-get-you.com. Yes, as I said before, a lot of tone's resources aren't so reliable. But some of the stuff he's posting aren't from some crazy conspiracy theory sites. I'm personally not persuaded in either direction, because on one side I have mostly a bunch of farfetched conspiracies that may or may not expose some descrepencies, while on the other side there's the notorious Bush regime, I'm not even going to go into some of the atrocious stuff these fools have commited to prove their unreliability.
