That's not much of a debate in my opinion. What I learned in Law is totally different. I know its not structured like a debate but at least give the guy a moment to speak, wasn't that the reason they wanted him on?

This is the kind of show where they constantly interrupt each other. If the guy wanted to have a sensible debate about it he should've gone to an interviewer that would grant him that chance. Not a program inspidred by the latest sensationalist idea to come out of the think tanks of program makers, "The more people you have, and the louder they talk, the higher ratings will go." However the kid probably knew that no self-respecting show would give him an interview. It'd be like a posh art program interviewing the tubgirl creator.

As for how he needed to go about it, you all saw the John Stewart Crossfire interview. The Republican guy tried to have a go at him and John ripped him apart.
