Yea, what Miku said. If you cut it diagonally, both of the sides are the same. If the rectangular piece is cut out of the corner, both sides could be divided equally making the pieces that are left the same size.
Even if the piece isn't cut out of the middle, it'll still work. You just find the center of the missing piece, then the center of the whole entire thing, and then play connect the dots. You can sorta see the pink dots that are the centers if you look hard.
