Yeah, Beserk is pretty good. The hero isn't a super-super hero like in other animes, just a regular guy whos a bit strong, gets his ass saved a lot of times. The manga is longer than the anime, read it.

That's why you should read the manga, it doesn't really stop there.
Most anime is like, they go in a normal pace, then at the end, they suddenly notice that they dont have enough time or are too lazy to make a few extra episodes, so they just rush at the end. Which results in a crappy ending who was rushed, or just crappy, cause they were too lazy.

Full Metal Alchemist is about 2 brothers whos on a journy to look after his younger brothers' body (which dissappeared in an accident). Its a world where you can rebuild/make things, as long as you got the right materials, alchimestry.

Full Metal Panic:

Sosuke Sagara is an elite soldier who belongs to an independent special force named "Mithril". Mithril is a self appointed military force that fights terrorism across the globe. With technology that is far superior to that of normal nations, Mithril intercedes on behalf of justice. Sagara, a Second Lieutenant under Mithril's command, is assigned to the duty of protecting a girl named Kaname Chidori, who attends high school in Japan. To accomplish this task, he pretends to be a transfer student attending at Kaname's school. As Sagara settles into his new role as classmate, a massive plot unfolds beginning with the kidnapping of Chidori. What is Chidori's role in the conspiracy? Why does she seem to be born with knowledge of technology that has only been recently invented?

I havent watched it, didnt look that interesting. BUT, I can recommend Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu! if you're into comedy, with not so much story.

And I kinda liked Wolf's Rain, good characters (ALL OF THEM, Blue was such a stylish chick :wub: ), I loved them, especially Kiba and the doctor who went for his x-wife. The story was so-so, still one of the better ones.

Wolf's Rain was spectacular until episode 27.. and then it flat out sucked beyond sucked. Well the 4 recap episodes in a row was a bit ridiculous as well
