Well, the biggest problem Finland has imo, is that we're dying out. :P Sort of. Within 10 years about...40%(?) of the total working population will retire. Leaving massive job amounts for us younger ones...but this means we'll have to let thousands and even more thousands of immigrants in here, and I live in fear that it'll go just like it did with Stockholm in Sweden, pure shit. (crime gone up like 90%, etc.)

To different extents in different countries though. Part of the problem (with smaller countries) is that their youth are leaving and getting jobs overseas, usually in the UK or USA, and larger European countries.
