  • The Sun is an average sized star.

"Red giants like Betelgeuse are about 700 times bigger than our Sun (and roughly 50 times as massive). Betelgeuse is also about 14,000 times brighter than the Sun. Red supergiants dwarf the Sun. "

You're a very biased individual... You seem so gung-ho for this theory of yours... I didn't say humans and dinosaurs lived togther, that was Mr. Fandgando, whatever, who said that... I was just speculating that the bible stats sightings of mysteriously large creatures in it... You want evidence, I'm giving it to you... You're so thick headed, you're just stuck with your idea and bashing mine, yet saying I'm close minded to any other idea... Great job, hypocrite...

But I'm sure if you asked one, you can find out how they know. It has something to do with the composites and the way the rock looks and the locations of the rocks and stuff.

        Jesus Christ.

Also, no, I had knowledge of this far before you coming to this forum.

We haven't been to the earth's core, no. That is because we can't. You idiot. It's between 5,000 and 7,000 degrees Farenhight. Space wouldn't help us discover the origin of human life because we didn't live in the fucking space. Modern has quotes around it because, obviously, the term modern is being redefined. But also obviously via science, there is a boundry. The earliest humanoid was found to be from around 7 million years ago. Now I ask YOU to use your common sense. If the earliest HUMAN ANCESTOR was found 7 MILLION years ago, is it possible to find one that preceeds that date?

Your first paragraph leads no where... You didn't answer a single thing in it I asked...

Funny, we can't goto the earths core, but we can go to the outer reaches of space? How appreciative of you to fight for one but not the other... To show great hopes of exploring one aspect of science, but show no interest in the other...

I'm not going to speak on this material, because I'm not educated in it... So go at it all you want...

I'm sure you speak on behalf of all astronomers...

And that was the most idiotic idea of how an atmosphere might of been created... A big bang impulsion forms a planet capable of forming intelligent life and then giving it an atmosphere, placing other planets perfectly around it to draw in most big fragments of mass coming our way... How we have one of the, if not, biggest stars right next to us, also perfectly placed to orbit around us, along with a moon, both of which "perfectly" orbits around us to sustain life by giving us heat and shade, amongst other various things... How we have a mass amount of land and water to provide homes and nourishment... How we have all these other animals around us, for food and companionship... Explain all this to me, because you know what? I've already been here and thought about all this, I'm not closed minded, I just can't answer these question and never could or will be able too...
I do speak on part of them all, they worship me like a god.

idiotic explanation?? hmm let me see, a god who has allways been? waves his magic wand and poof an atmosphere appears. Yes the bibles version is much more logical.

Our star is a joe average star, nothing special, indeed it is no were near the biggest star, you've no idea what your talking about??

Ok i tell you what why don't you think about this.

it was all down to luck there is no god placeing the planets or what ever you believe, and the earth wasn't situated where it is and life did not form, you wouldn't be here to ask the question.

The chance of it happening is extremely remote.

However it happens an infinate number of times.

Suddenly you are now here, and able to ask the question ... does that rule out the possibility of luck?

There isn't an infinate number of stars and planets, however there is a shit load and even if it didn't happen, you wouldn't be here to question it. I don't see the fact that it has happened as an automatic yes to a god, however i don't know how the universe started. But why would a god create such a HUGE universe to put life but in one small planet??

trust me on this , you might think you've thought alot about this and you probably have, but so have i. To some up what you said was, wow the changes of this life happening are very remote, but the universe is huge remember that. So far i see nothing in your points that i've read to suggest you've come across a decent answer.

ALso, I wasn't responding to you, I was showing you that you completely missed the point of my statements, which you did again.

Your "He-didn't-write-what-I-think-so-it's-automatically-wrong" attitude should fuck you up in life.

How do you know? We have materials durable enough to withstand the heat, why can't we? I didn't mean an actual human being going down there, but just having something down there period... The heat isn't the problem, as much as actually drilling down there is...
