To be honest I'm not sure how you could possibly play for 50 hours straight (even assuming short breaks). The exhaustion would surely force you to sleep long before it killed you, sorta like how if you try to choke yourself to death, you fall unconscious and let go before you have time to die from lack of oxygen.
