If history tells us anything is that nothing tone says is to be considered worthwhile information. He can say he's not coming back all he wants, but I sure as fuck don't believe it.

My guess is he'll be back and attempt to be a little more clever about annoying people for attention while trying to avoid being banned again. Then after a few more months, he'll slip up and get banned again...rinse and repeat.

Tone made some awesome threads, now that I look back.

I normally ignored his threads, untill he made that Jesus is a Hoax thread where he tried to convince us/me that there was no god. After that thread I absolutely hated him and his stupid threads that make my eyes burn. I saw him in the pub today, and I said hi.... He totally spazzed on me and logged off.
