omelet bar in the commons... give em ure bowl of what u want in it and they cook it in front of you.

i go with white AND orange cheddar cheese, mushrooms, bacon, a few dice'd tomAtoes, and a whole lotta love.

Eggs are awesome because they are so versatile.

You can make mayonaisse out of them, emulsified dressings, cakes, cookies, carbonara, hollandaise...

Or you can eat them as a main course with omlettes, fried, scrambled..etc.

I'm big into scrambles. Fry up some potatoes, onions, mushrooms, and some sort of meat---all in the same pan, then add in a few scrambled eggs. One of my favorite breakfasts.

Has anyone had raw eggs?

All the old television shows showed people trying to get stronger through drinking lots of raw eggs.

They probably got slapped by salmonella.

Before everyone was all BIG on sanitation, a popular HK dish involves minced beef with some vegetables mixed in fried rice, then they'd crack a raw egg on top, and you would mix it with the rice raw. It tasted great, but as people became more concerned about sanitation, they cooked the egg before serving it, which totally lost its meaning/taste. So I turned away from it.

Tealeaf eggs are good too as acidbomber mentioned.

As for breakfast, I like my eggs between 2 slices of toast or overeasy served with your typical breakfast thingies (ham)
