that's really sad how bob(SRB)'s puppy died choking, i hope my dog passes from natural causes.

we adopted my dog in 2004 2 days after christmas. the adoption center said she was about 3 years old. i guess now she's 4, and we just celebrate her birthday on Christmas. good dog!

she gets worried whenever my mom is leaving to go somewhere. she likes my mom more i guess since i'm at college now and visit only weekly.

I wish I had a cat, but I might be allergic(sp?). I have to check this thing out but I wouldn't like to have a cat in my small appartment anyway, maybe later if I have a bigger one with no flatmates.

We used to have a turtle like 10 years ago. One with red ears, I don't know it's English name. He lived happily for about 5 years and got paralyzed for some reason and couldn't move his legs. Turtles usually live for a decade or two, or even longer. He liked to get out if his aquarium and poop on my lap.

A long time ago, when I was in Iowa just starting 3rd grade I remember that my parents and I moved into my mother's professor's basement. Times were really tough back then, I used to play with their dogs and cats. They had 3 dogs, I remember their names - Megan (the youngest) Lisa (the oldest, who died a year after we moved out) and Yellow, who replaced Lisa. I remember the cats less, but they had a really old one, and a really fat one.

I got word about 6 months ago that Megan was put to sleep... It was kinda sad because I always thought I'd see at least one of them again. Whats even sadder is that she's not even my dog.

Forgot the name of the person who asked what names my cat had, the one who died recently was called Fia, it was found somewhere and later on given to us, so we decided not to change the name.

The other cat who died 5 years ago, was called Laku. Being all black, and "Laku" being a slang word for "Licorice" in finnish...it fit well.

Laku died of something in it's brain I guess...it started cramping and shaking, having some sort of seizures...my brother had to hit it pretty hard, and after that it woke up, being all "wtf?". Later on that night it died

we just had to give one of our dogs away a little while ago and it sucks, and my sister had been away for the weekend and came back today and started saying shit like "oh great just imagine her last couple of days alone without her owners" and i was already feeling bad and now i'm feeling worse. we've had to put 2 dogs and another cat down because of old age/heart problems/liver problems and it sucked but it really sucks this time. i'll probably end up going to get her or something i don't know

Aww, that's really sad. I've only had one cat die before, and I was really young and he was really old so. I don't really remember him. You'll get over their death in time like everything else, and at least you'll always have pictures.

I have one cat now, Zoey, and she's the furry joy in my life. I absolutely adore her, I'd be completely devastated if she died somehow.

That's my current dog, Moe. He's the best dog ever, seriously. He's just so amazingly awesome and I'll probably be lying in my bed for three days when he dies, he's getting on in age.

For an animal, he has a lot of personality and charisma. He's just so great, you're all jealous, I know. Oh, and the shirt isn't my fault, I always take them off. His previous owners kept putting them on him and he got used to it, now he throws a fit when you take it off. His previous owners also named him Moses because they found him wandering through the parking lot...get it?

When I was 4 I remember my sister getting these cute little budges.. My auntie's dog scared them to death on the 3rd day they were at the house. They were lame budgies, and waayyy too noisy. In otherwords don't get a budgie.
