I went to Belgium last year, and saw this little waffle stall, and thought i had to try it. She freshly cooked a waffle right in front of me, and in all honestly, i was close to climaxing when that sweet sweet waffle goodness hit my tastebuds.
This expereince totally made my visit to all those boring graveyards in Flanders worth it.

watch out for stains with the blueberry sauce.... it's a write off to whatever you stained

Well waffles, are cool too, but noone makes them the old way anymore.

My grandad has an original waffle iron, and it makes waffles that are ELITE.
Seriously, they're the best waffles, EVER.
The waffle Iron kind of stinks tho, cos its, er, made of Iron, and this was pre-stainless steel, so it needs special care.

waffles are infinitely worse than pancakes, but eggos are cool because theyre quick and easy. i always question anyone who orders any sort of waffle in a pancake joint. waffle house is a pretty acceptable place to order waffles but they are an absolute rip off unless you order the double waffle.

also i would like to point out that i am ashamed i read a forum where someone would refer to waffles as "elite"
