Most of the moves in the movie were actual moves Ryu could do in game, but Scorpion definitely can't shoot his harpoon in 360 degrees and definitely not be able to shoot em 20 at a time with no lagtime.

no mid air fireballs, no big fireballs no combos actually

have played streetfighter alpha though its pretty good and has that stuff in it.
