You'd better be either incredibly committed to learning it, or a lot better than you were when you learnt French. Because grammatically, it's horrible to learn.

That's good. My aunt speaks seven languages. It's sorta like a link. You know one language....you might as well know another very similar. Spanish is similar to Portuguese. Portuguese and Spanish are similar to Italian and even Italian is somewhat similar to French.
It's also real great to know Chinese because a huge population of the world speaks it.
