I marvel at the technology he uses to determine that she is 2-3 weeks pregnant, when it takes at least 3 weeks before it's even possible to test for pregnancy. By a doctor. The little buy at the store tests? That's 4-5 weeks.

you can't abort rapists , they're already born and there is no test to tell if a fetus will become a person who rapes.

First of all wait until you're sure this girl is pregnant first. You can go check at a doctor or wait until her next period and see if she misses it and try one of those urine tests. Note that unless she was at the right time, it's actually pretty hard to get a girl pregnant. If she was within about 5 days before or after her normal ovulation date (if she has a regular 28-day cycle, ovulation occurs on day 14) then it's quite possible otherwise there's a very low chance of actually getting her pregnant.


Secondly, it is entirely possible to get an abortion without surgical intervention:

Notice that a D+C is a surgical procedure, but it's pretty light as far as surgery goes and she would only need it if there were complications.


You can also wait for the fetus to be a bit bigger first and try a late abortion which requires inducing labour:
