Then again, it's kinda tough to compare Brazil to Top Euro clubs.. cus if they want Brazil really IS that much better. An attack with Ronaldinho, Robinho and that dude from Inter, his name slipped my mind, that's just scary. I haven't seen much of robinho, cept some CL stuff, and he didn't score alot, but his moves alone were pretty impressive.

Then again, the right tactic against Brazil will do wonders, for 1 you gotta isolate Ronaldinho as much as possible. If he isn't dominating the game like he can, Brazil will already be weaker but still fucking strong. But, they can be beat.
You can't really compare that Dutch team with this Dutch team Ari. And I have no clue about how Portugal is right now, they are strong surely, but I don't see them as a topfavorite.

I am just saying, this Dutch team in shape, is really good.

All I was saying is that I don't see the English and The Portugese as top favourites this tourny.

I am just hoping for some really nice matchups after round 1, because beside Netherlands - Argentina, in the poule games there isn't that much big games going on. I am just hoping there are enough teams who wanna play offensive football, and not tons of teams that will crawl into their defense and hoping for 1 counter or so, that makes football boring.

Hm yeah it will all depend wether Italy will actually play the football we all like to see.
That's also the main reason I don't see Holland win the tournament.
Our supporters want to see entertaining football, even if that would result in a loss.
For some other countries only winning is important, no matter what a drag the matches will be for the audience. Luckily for us all there are countries like Brazil that combine both.
I'd rather see a match of the US than Italy, I actually turned off the Italy - Holland match. Ofcourse van Basten has every right to test some of the newer players, but Holland couldn't bring the quality to make it a real match, and Italy... well yeah it's Italy.. catenaccio is always a drag for the objective observer.
