If everything went WRONG in your life for the next year (2006), where would you be? This is an exercise in creativity!


worst case scenario for me:

I don't find a job, don't get into grad school, move back home, and jack off in the shower every day. Probably kill too many brain cells to ever get to grad school. Most likely begin working for a non profit organization somewhere after my parents kick me out for being useless. Then move into some run down apartment and bootleg DVDs for money.

worst case: the commies still run my country

Hmm.

There's a natural or man-made disaster of some sort that kills everyone in my life and leaving me without limbs and brain damage. I then get rejected from uni and am unable to work or even look after myself so I have a carer assigned to me. This carer neglects me and beats me up but nobody notices and nothing is done about it, and everyday I live trapped in my room unable to speak to anyboddy or do anything (because my carer stole everything and sold it) while my carer has parties downstairs.

My parents and brothers all die so I get sent to live in Nebraska with relatives whom I hate, Jared breaks up with me, my friends ostracize me, I lose my religion, can't get my license, wreck my car if I have one, my pets die, I fail all my classes.

in the beginning of the year i would get strep throat a couple times (basically like 2005..) and i all my friends would lose interest in me except the couple really loyal ones that i have. i would be so desperate that i would have to go to the idiot friend who is a total loser and become his pal again. this would carry my heart, until my classes bombarded me with homework that i would always have to pull all nighters for. the weather wouldnt get warm until may, and i would do horrible in all of my classes and get a bad enough gpa to lose my scholarship. in the summer, i would not know what to do with the fact that my 2 best friends have left the country long term, and i would sit around the house in my free time, and get a horrible case of cabin fever. at my job i would talk to no one, and no one to me. it would be totally boring and self-esteem killing. employees younger than me would get all the promotions. by the time the summer ended, i would be pretty depressed, and that would carry over into the school year. schoolwork would hit me like a ton of bricks after doing nothing all summer, and i would fail socially and academically. i would realize that i hate my major, and my housemates. they would come back drunk and laughing every night while i watched. the cold weather would come early, and i would not find a girl for the entire year.

that's about it. some of those things resemble this year. not that this year was a bad one, but i try to learn from my mistakes, and there will be some things that i will definitely not fuck up again in 06.

Yeah, I would fear too if one of my customers hires someone with superb abilities, and consequently extends its core capability vertically and becomes my competitor.

BTW, have you ever considered hiring Brookus as some kind of system admin? He plays SS during the working hours, but that's not the point, is it? Maybe you should hire Dock> also. But if I were him I would want to stay in NY too.

Maybe you could hire both Goddess and Brookus and put them in the same department. I always wondered what their babies would look like.
